中国科协-复旦大学科技伦理与人类未来研究院由中国科学技术协会与复旦大学于2022年11月共建成立，致力于深入开展包括全球健康伦理、数字与人工智能伦理等在内的应用伦理相关的基础理论和战略对策研究，力争构建中国特色科技伦理学术体系和话语体系，在关乎人类未来的全球性问题的探索中发出中国声音。其主要工作包括：打造高水平科技伦理研究平台，如数字伦理实验室和《科技伦理研究》期刊；建立多层次“伦理+”人才培养体系，如培养应用伦理专业硕士、建设专业人才实训基地和科技伦理科普教育平台；搭建科技伦理国际合作平台，如与一流国际高校建立合作机制以及举办系列国际前沿会议；建设服务国家战略平台，如打造有影响力的科技伦理研究智库，积极建成与科研机构、科技企业的良性合作机制。

The Institute of Technology Ethics for Human Future, established in November 2022 through a joint initiative by the China Association for Science and Technology (CAST) and Fudan University, is deeply committed to in-depth research on theories and strategic countermeasures related to applied ethics, including global health ethics, digital and artificial intelligence ethics, striving to build an academic framework and discourse system for the ethics of science and technology with Chinese characteristics, enabling China's voice heard on global issues concerning the future of humanity.
Its primary initiatives include: building high-level research platforms for science and technology ethics, such as the Digital Ethics Laboratory and the scholarly journal Technoethics Inquiry; establishing a multi-tiered Ethics plusTalent Program, including providing a degree program of Master of Applied Ethics (MAE), building a train base for professionals and creating an educational platform for the public on science and technology ethics; creating a platform for international collaboration in ethics of science and technology, such as establishing cooperation mechanisms with leading international universities and hosting a series of cutting-edge international conferences;developing a platform to serve the nation’s strategic needs, such as building an influential think-tank for research on science and technology ethics and actively fostering collaborative mechanisms with research institutions and technology enterprises.
