工作站简介
复旦大学国际文化交流学院成立于1987年5月，是复旦大学唯一专门从事来华留学生国际中文教育的独立建制学院。学院招收来华留学本科生、研究生、语言进修生等不同学历层次的国际学生，并向全校本、研来华留学生提供汉语和中国文化类课程教学。学院师资力量充沛，涵盖中国语言文学、国际中文教育等学科领域，致力于培养高层次国际化人才，推动中外文明交流互鉴。近五年承担国家级科研项目百余项，专著、教材、译著等成果丰硕，在国内外享有盛誉。
国际文化交流学院始终坚持国际中文教育事业发展和学科建设的有机统一，不断加强学院的国际人才培养和学科建设。经学校批准，复旦大学国际文化交流学院博士后科研工作站于2025年3月正式设立，工作站重点围绕国际中文教育理论创新、中华文化传承传播机制、语言教学数字化转型、AI赋能国际中文教学实践等学术方向开展科学研究。工作站将深化与校内外相关单位的协同联动，强化青年科研人才的引育功能，助力学院打造更具竞争力的学术梯队和教师队伍，为博士后研究人员提供高水平科研平台和国际化发展机遇。

Introduction to the Postdoctoral Research Station
Established in May 1987, the International Cultural Exchange School at Fudan University is the university’s sole independent academic unit dedicated to international Chinese language education for overseas students. The school enrolls international students at various academic levels, including undergraduates, graduates, and language trainees, while offering Chinese language and culture courses to all international students across the university. With a robust faculty team spanning disciplines such as Chinese Language and Literature, International Chinese Education, and related fields, the school is committed to cultivating high-level international talents and fostering cultural exchange between China and the world. Over the past five years, the school has undertaken over 100 national-level research projects and produced substantial academic achievements, including monographs, textbooks, and translations, earning widespread acclaim domestically and internationally.
The International Cultural Exchange School consistently integrates the advancement of international Chinese education with disciplinary development, enhancing international talent cultivation and academic innovation. Approved by the university, the Postdoctoral Research Station of the International Cultural Exchange School was officially established in March 2025. The station focuses on cutting-edge research in areas such as theoretical innovations in international Chinese education, mechanisms for inheriting and disseminating Chinese culture, digital transformation of language teaching, and AI-driven practices in international Chinese education. By deepening collaboration with internal and external partners, strengthening the recruitment and development of young researchers, and supporting the construction of a competitive academic hierarchy and faculty team, the station provides postdoctoral researchers with high-level research platforms and opportunities for international career growth.
